This month, we celebrate an incredible milestone – Nicola Gardham and her 20th anniversary at Motus Vehicle Solutions. From her first role as an Office Administrator at Humberside Tail Lifts in 2005 to her current position as Financial Operations Manager, Nicola has been a key part of our business, evolving alongside it every step of the way.
Nicola’s journey is one of dedication, adaptability, and continuous growth. Over the past two decades, she has taken on new challenges, developed her expertise, and helped shape the way we operate. Her impact extends beyond her role – she is a valued team member whose commitment and leadership have made a real difference.
Alongside her role, Nicola is furthering her professional development by studying for her CIMA Level 7 qualification – a testament to her drive to keep learning and pushing herself forward.
Reflecting on her journey, Nicola Gardham shared:
“I was in my early 20s when I started at Humberside Tail Lifts, and this place has seen all my personal and professional milestones. It’s been a place where I could grow, learn, and feel truly supported. Even though my role has evolved, I am still in a business that invests in my future, and that’s part of why I am still here. Studying for my CIMA Level 7 qualification is an exciting next step in my journey.”
